St. Patrick's Day and Rainbows 🌈

Well... we didn't catch a leprechaun, but we sure had a lot of fun trying!! We celebrated a St. Patrick's Day Birthday and finished the week with a giant rainbow 🌈

Spring 🌷

We learned about Spring this week! We read books about spring, talked about the 4 seasons, and what kind of weather we usually have in each one. We painted flowers with forks, did drip water color art, painted flowers for the bulletin board, did a black glue border painting, and "planted" flowers in kinetic sand. Our VIP shared her poster, some of her favorite things, and her adventures with Norman. We celebrated a Birthday and welcomed a new friend!

Autumn 🍂

I am so happy my favorite season is here! We learned about what happens in Autumn... cooler weather, leaves changing colors, leaves falling off the trees, getting darker earlier... etc. We learned a fun song called "Autumn Leaves are Falling Down". I bet your child could teach you, but if you need the words we can help you! We also learned the colors red, yellow, orange and brown in sign language. Thank you to everyone that did their Fall Bag homework and I hope you enjoyed your walks! We added all of our Fall findings to our Science Center as well as magnifying glasses.
